Mr. McClafferty attended law undergraduate studies at Cleveland State University and earned his professional certificate in applied laws from the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to working in the private equity markets, Mr. McClafferty served as an Ohio city commissioner, member of the Ohio Workforce Investment Board, and was a registered lobbyist with both the Office of the Ohio Legislative Inspector General and the United States Congress.
Mr. McClafferty is a devout Roman-Catholic, a 3rd Degree Knight of Columbus, proud member of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America, and Managing Director of
The McClafferty Family Foundation.
Mr. McClafferty currently serves on the executive committee for the Virgin Islands Community and Police Association (CAPA) and the Governor's Advisory Council for the U.S. Virgin Islands.

A native of Palo Alto, California; Mr. Chang helped secure the data systems of some of the world's preeminent technology companies before leading a blockchain implementation consortium that included JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.
Mr. Chang is a credentialed member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association® (ISACA) and serves as an ex-officio member of the Miami-Dade Cryptocurrency Task Force.

David J. Cohen, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of Mac Private Equity, Inc. He is responsible for the company’s financial operations and functions that drive the company’s growth and strategy to create the most seamless market entrances and investment positions. This includes financial performance management, capital allocation, financial services, controllership, lender relations, tax, treasury, real estate, corporate strategy and strategic business development.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Cohen gained international experience leading corporate development at Titan Capital and held positions at Rockefeller Capital Management and D.A. Davidson.
Mr. Cohen earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and business management from North Carolina State University and a master’s degree in accountancy from the Gene Rainbolt School of Business at The University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Cohen serves on the executive committee for the Lesser Antilles Jewish Coalition and sits on the board of
La Sociedad Zoológica de Puerto Rico.
